Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This policy explains what information Envision Marketing Co. L.L.C. ("Envision," "we," "us") collects through envisionmarketingco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free marketing audit, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website
- Your approximate annual revenue range
- Anything you share about your marketing challenges
If you email us directly, we also receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when you visit.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and schedule your free audit
- To review your current marketing and prepare your scorecard
- To send you a proposal or follow up about services you asked about
- To operate, protect, and improve our website
- To meet legal obligations
We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask us to.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising on other websites.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Netlify hosts our website and processes form submissions.
- Google provides our email service and website fonts.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as we need them to work with you. If you don't become a client, we generally delete your information within two years of our last contact. If you become a client, your service agreement governs how we handle your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop following up with you
Just email us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because our website does not track you across other websites, there is nothing for that signal to turn off, so we do not change how the site works in response to it.
Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect it
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
